Good salary and benefits. Before the new HR ranking system, I would say it was a great bonus.
Toxic management, very high workload, a lot of micromanaging, and constant layoffs (three or four times a year).
The worst is the new HR performance review system. Now, you are compared with your peers, and the bottom-ranked are fired, even if they are great employees. If you are in a very competitive group, you might get the ax.
There is a new fear culture now. They call it "embrace being uncomfortable so you can grow," which is just BS.
The new culture, which was imported from tech companies, is killing morale, and many people are leaving now.
Heard back about a month after applying. Scheduled interview for next week, and they rescheduled on me. Single-round interview with engineers from the department I am working at, with behavioral and resume technical questions.
My experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process went very smoothly and was handled with great professionalism. Both the HR team and the managers were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout. Everything was well
The interview process consisted of three rounds: * An initial discussion with HR * A behavioral interview * A final coding round During the coding round, the interviewer was very insistent on using Python and initially unwilling to accept solutions
