Slow but decent learning path

Cons

There are many:

There is no difference between an average performer and an excellent performer.

Instead of concentrating on work, you have to concentrate on raising your voice; otherwise, you will be left behind.

Managers simply don't know how to manage people and talent; they are just followers.

Partiality and politics are common.

It was one of the good places to work a few years back. Now it has become the worst.

Advice to Management

Look into yourself and think of what changes you have made in the past 1-2 years.

(Obviously, if you really care.)

If you cannot afford to keep the talent, outsource your work to some consultancies.
