Slow but decent learning path

Instead of concentrating on work, you have to concentrate on raising your voice; otherwise, you will be left behind.
Managers simply don't know how to manage people and talent; they are just followers.
Partiality and politics are common.
It was one of the good places to work a few years back. Now it has become the worst.

The hiring process was not that tedious. It had only three things: * Telephonic round in which details of all the parts of the system were asked (I never used that knowledge after joining this company and have forgotten everything now). * Face-to-fa
There were 3 steps of interview: telephonic, face-to-face with the Manager, and the last round with the department head. The hiring process was really very smooth, with great coordination among the departments.
They mainly concentrate on what they want and at the same time want to know what exactly we know. Like I am from a totally irrelevant branch but applied for this interview out of passion, so they took around 4 interviews one after another just to kn
