Very good work environment, good work, and a lot of things to learn. Good place to work if you are relatively new to the industry.
High preference to higher-level employees, even if they are relatively new to the system.
That actually disturbs the freedom of the employee.
Please listen to lower-level employees also before deciding on anything, be it a project, a promotion, or anything else.
