- Somewhat flexible working conditions.
- Decent salary, although many other companies will pay you significantly more if your skills are in demand.
- Good place to learn about the manufacturing industry.
- The product produced by the company has never been better.
- Top management in the company is trying to make the company better.
- Managers don't care about the people and only their own careers.
- Politics.
- Bureaucracy.
- Slow to react.
- Inability to execute anything with quality.
- Low employee morale.
- A lot of office gossip / favoritism (you need to be a brown-noser to be successful).
- Top talent are not recognized.
- Lots of "talk" about changing the corporate culture, lacks the ability to walk the walk.
Quit / Retire - you are probably hurting the company more than you are helping; go manage a grocery store.
Stay away from the Tim Horton's though; you will probably mess that up. The company needs smarter people and less management.
