When you require one engineer, they will provide three. No proper, focused work culture. More politics in work culture. Bureaucracy level of working.
Make the org. simple so that a quick decision can be taken. Focus towards employee benefits.

3 rounds. 1. Self-introduction. 2. Technical. 3. HR. It took about 2 to 3 weeks to complete the interview. The recruitment process was user-friendly. Updates were given on time.
