Good company to work with. Good work-life balance. Flexibility. Not a pressurized job all the time. You do get some high-pressure days. It is good for the employees.
Screwed up management. Some micromanagement. Management is not fair and selfish. This is why the company is going down, as the cream of the employees is not recognized well.
Be fair and open to criticism. Management should be more technical and actively participate. Management should be proactive.
