Very interesting work, top-notch technical staff. Milford Proving Grounds is a one-of-a-kind place. I've worked in aerospace, and the only similar places are Edwards AFB and Pax River.
Promotions are not correlated to your work. Responsibility, performance, and skills don't seem to matter. Even when you are working in a position for which the title is above your current title, the company will not promote or recognize you. There is a poor talent identification process.
Make the best product, period. Anything else will land the company back in bankruptcy.
