Pros

Work-Life Balance, friendly co-workers, and some decent benefits.

Cons

Rather than collaborative, it's more competitive, everyone for themselves when it comes to getting noticed. Most employees are on the chopping block if they don't perform.

It's becoming more toxic than in previous years. Not the best environment.
