Heavy college hire ratio. Bean counting executive team. Inept middle management. Working here feels like grade school. No career advancement; what you get in the door is all you will get. Do as I say not as I do attitude; for example, Drive2Great Behaviors. 2019/Q1 layoffs and likely more to follow. 3-year 401k match vesting is a joke; most people don't make it that long.

Senior Software Engineer
First was an HR screening, and then a technical screening/interview. If I pass this one, then there will be more rounds, maybe around 3-4 look interviews, but I'm not sure.
