I don't see any pros except for one week of time off on Christmas every year.
I signed up for Senior Java Developer, and they made me do all other kinds of work, such as Infrastructure, Vulnerability Systems, etc.
If the manager doesn't like you, they will give you a bad review, and within six months, you will be out.
I have not learned anything.
I have finished five years with them, and I am stuck on the same level with no pay increase.
It has zero work-life balance, same as a startup. I have been working on weekends and days off.
They already know what is good company, and they don't need any advice.

First was an HR screening, and then a technical screening/interview. If I pass this one, then there will be more rounds, maybe around 3-4 look interviews, but I'm not sure.
