Do not join GM unless you don’t have any other option
The salary is good. They pay a high bonus. But you can find better salaries.
They work you like a slave and can let you go very easily. They do layoffs by sending out emails at 5 AM.
I think the new culture at GM is very toxic. The compensation isn’t high enough for GM to be behaving this way.
