Even though GM is an automotive company, automotive engineers should not be leading other areas of the company. GM should hire executives from the technology and marketing fields to improve and provide leadership that can be respected and followed.

Was only given a behavioral interview that consisted of 2 behavioral questions and 2 technical questions. It follows the STAR concept very thoroughly. If you don't answer one part of the STAR method, they will ask you about it in more detail.
