The New College Hire (NCH) program allowed me to get my foot in the door after graduation and gain experience in the QA role.
There have been a lot of poorly executed organizational changes, poor communication from leaders, and a lack of job security.

It was a couple of interviews, with the same questions. Weeks later, I got an offer and I accepted it. I don't think the interviewers were technical people, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.
