I've enjoyed my time at the company, but I and colleagues have unfortunately found that to move forward in your career, GM ultimately forces you to go elsewhere.
It's hard to progress as management tends to dangle carrots on sticks just to pull them away. It's the classic case in tech where the upward path is to leave and then come back at a higher position and salary.
By staying, you'll unfortunately find that you can move to higher positions and take on different roles and additional tasks/responsibilities, but without increasing in level or salary.
Salary should always at base keep up with inflation.
