Good work-life balance, good work culture.
You never know when you will get laid off.
I applied through my school's website and got an on-campus interview that was 1 hour and 30 minutes long. It consisted of two back-to-back interviews that were 45 minutes each. They were mostly behavioral questions and maybe a few technical questions
Applied through college recruiting/college career fair. Signed up for an interview on the spot and received a call a day after the first interview for a second interview. Both were behavioral.
It was very nice and human. In a time during the pandemic, they did an excellent job informing me on my options as an interviewee. The first part was just submitting a video of yourself answering questions, but after that, it was a really nice proces
