Working appropriately is the current policy. You can come into the office or work from anywhere with internet. I just started in Jan 2022, so far so good. I can't complain.
This company has been treating me well from the start. There's lots to learn, and everyone is happy to help out. They are very nice and understanding of your situation.
Benefits are amazing, especially if you have a family. Whatever you want to learn or get into, you can. They provide you with resources to achieve your goals.
Overall, it's a great first job out of college, and it seems experienced people love it there too.
I don't really have anything bad to say about this company. If working remotely can be a permanent policy, then this company would be even more amazing!
