They don't even give you free coffee at work. Their technologies are outdated. There's lots of bureaucracy. They don't hire foreign talent. There's no technical interview for software engineers; if you have a CS or tech degree, that's apparently enough to prove that you're a good programmer.

Within my group, about three or four people left within a span of six months (either new jobs or transferred to a non-engineering role).

Advice to Management

Raise your hiring standards and improve the work environment.
