*They will use this against you
Middle management will be the downfall of this company.
They do not care about you (I am aware they don't have to), they don't even really care about goals and deadlines. All they care about is showing upper management how well their team is engaged.
You can be a top performer, but the second you make a mistake in a meeting, or an email chain, or don't even do as well as you or someone else did before, you are on the chopping block.
They will fabricate and exaggerate any and all situations to paint you in a negative light. You will be constantly compared with your peers, as they are looking for any opportunity to lay you off for "performance."
I knew top workers who were vital to their teams or orgs get dropped instantly.
Not sure if leaders are being told that someone has to get dropped every cycle or not, but they will do it every time.
Also, in my experience, applying to other roles in the company was frowned upon, as it was seen as me not being happy with where I was or with my team.
Get over yourselves, and worry about reaching goals and making money instead of trying to move up the chain as fast as possible.
The interview process is pretty straightforward. There are three steps to the process. The steps are as such: * One phone screen * One behavioral interview * One technical interview The technical interview was very basic CS skills.
STAR interview with product managers and software engineer. It was pretty simple and easy if you follow the instructions they sent you. My interviewers were very kind and respectful. They asked about my projects and the work I've done at my internsh
HR reached out, telling me their salary range and benefits. After that, a 2-3 week wait, then the on-site interview. It was a one-hour interview with one senior engineer and one manager. Focus on past experience and behavioral questions. No live co
