Good benefits, like any other big corporation. Two weeks holiday in December and hours of no work, while still getting paid. Way to go, GM!!
Unethical management from the bosses to HR, except if you are an ex-Dell employee. I would not recommend a young professional start their career here, as it lacks direction in everything, including the training. There is no room for growth, especially if you have a Master's degree. Bad management exists in everything, including IT projects undertaken. Choose wisely; do not be swayed by the 6-month salary review – it is a lie, and promised training is a joke, especially if management does not want you to follow standards.
Please pay close attention to the innovation center in Austin. It is a place that has a lot of politics and unethical behavior openly displayed, which will inhibit talent growth among young professionals.
The interview process is pretty straightforward. There are three steps to the process. The steps are as such: * One phone screen * One behavioral interview * One technical interview The technical interview was very basic CS skills.
STAR interview with product managers and software engineer. It was pretty simple and easy if you follow the instructions they sent you. My interviewers were very kind and respectful. They asked about my projects and the work I've done at my internsh
HR reached out, telling me their salary range and benefits. After that, a 2-3 week wait, then the on-site interview. It was a one-hour interview with one senior engineer and one manager. Focus on past experience and behavioral questions. No live co
