Pros

You don't get fired easily, and Human Services will hear you and help you. You receive steady pay with an increase in salary every 6 months when you are a new hire. However, a manager can hold raises and take away bonus percentages. You get a bonus every year depending on how you performed and how well the company did. Also, as I mentioned, it depends on how much the manager gives you.

Cons

Little flexibility. Hard to take days off, and they specifically want you there at least at 9 am and leave at 5 pm, Monday - Friday. It's a very corporate full-time job. Sometimes you have to stay on call, etc. It takes months to switch your initial position.
