Pros

Benefits are good if you can manage to use them to your benefit. Sometimes there are a lot of hoops to jump through, but if you can do it, then you get a good deal.

Cons

It's not as laid back, flexible, or fun as I was led to believe.

Feels more like a typical grunt type of place, really.
