Pros

Location is great. Austin is known for its traffic, but the office is located away from all of it. If you live nearby, you won't have any traffic problems.

Cons

The Austin Innovation Center was never a good place to work, but certain things balanced it out, like the Ambassador Program or the guaranteed raise every six months for new college hires.

Not so much anymore. The Ambassador program is canceled, and the raises are no longer guaranteed.

I don't know if the changes are a sign of things to come, but it's probably not a place to recommend at this time.

Advice to Management

Give back the Ambassador program, and give honest feedback about where the company is going.
