General Motors

There was a series of 4 interviews over a 3 1/2 period. The first was with the initial recruiter. The second was with a team leader in the department. Third was a video conference with the hiring manager and another senior person. Up to this point,

I applied through university recruitment by General Motors. I applied through my college career website and got a call for my face-to-face interview. There were two rounds of interviews. Both rounds were behavioral. The interviewers were friendly.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. There are three steps to the process. The steps are as such: * One phone screen * One behavioral interview * One technical interview The technical interview was very basic CS skills.
