Good work-life balance, bad for career growth
Very generous with vacation, with three weeks at starting, increasing to four, then five fairly quickly. Plus, most teams allow "unlimited" vacation as long as the work is getting done; the actual vacation days you take are not tracked.
Pay for the industry is towards the lower end for a company of this size.
It is impossible to get promoted without applying for a different position and moving teams.

I met them at a career fair and got set up with an interview on campus. The first interview is largely behavioral, with a chance to get to know more about the company. There was one technical question thrown in, but it wasn't very hard.
