Pros

Great place to start practicing your software skills, coming right out of college. The environment is great for collaboration and innovating in new features.

Cons

Pay is undercompetitive for college hires. The ratio of seniors to college hires is very low, and in many cases, this means no mentorship and/or that employees are overworked.

Advice to Management

When your employees kept pushing through the pandemic and adjusted against all the odds in order to keep delivering the requirements, the lack of leadership and flexibility to allow them to work remotely after proving themselves is a dealbreaker for many.
