Redefining IT for lots of career opportunity.

Cons

BCBSM is constantly denying medical claims. There is no visibility into uncovered items like provider-based billing, even when providers are in-network. It denies valid claims. We are just always having to chase something down.

Process, process. Wasteful, inefficient, silly process.

Advice to Management

Fix the insurance claim denial issues. People can't afford to work here and always be fighting the insurance company.

Focus on the real priorities of creating ownership and pride in our work instead of slapping things together to get them out the door.
