None, really. Expect decent coworkers.
Management is totally bad. Hired as a software developer, but forced to do other stuff not software-related, like testing or IT support. Management is terrible, unhelpful, and plays favorites. If you're not a typical talkative person, don't expect to go anywhere here. Management will crush you down if they don't like you.
Stop playing favorites and judging people based on initial impressions. Give people a chance and don't expect everyone to be the same.
