RTO and my manager is in another state, and my team is on 3 different time zones. Let's be real, I've never seen any of their faces in my life.
Low pay compared to industry standards. No good perks even in the office.
Be more open-minded.

- Phone call with recruiter (I believe, not sure). - HackerRank-style take-home with a LeetCode Easy. The most painful part was processing it. - Interview with managers, asking questions about the take-home and technical knowledge.
