Benefits packages were stellar. There were plenty of vacation days and many observed holidays due to UAW influence.
Constant organizational churn. Upper management could only stick to their word for about 6-8 months ahead before changing their minds. Mobility is only guaranteed for those who do not mind leaving projects and teams behind.

I had 3 interviews and then an offer. The first interview was just a vetting call. The second was a HireVue coding interview for 2 hours. There were 2 questions, neither very difficult, but the IDE is atrocious. You can in fact use a personal IDE and
