Pros

Good work-life balance; rarely worked more than 40 hours a week.

Great retirement benefits: well above average contribution and matching.

Amazing health insurance.

Management is competent and relaxed.

Cons

You need to be extremely well connected if you want to have a chance at getting promoted. It's not too hard to get in, but very hard to move up, since they prefer to hire someone new as opposed to promoting someone when there is a job opening.

Advice to Management

Promote more people internally.
