Good work-life balance and benefits.
Overall, developer skill is extremely low. The company operates so slowly with such bad practices that your skills will decay to near uselessness. Working at GM will hurt your career overall.

- Phone call with recruiter (I believe, not sure). - HackerRank-style take-home with a LeetCode Easy. The most painful part was processing it. - Interview with managers, asking questions about the take-home and technical knowledge.
