Please anticipate technology trends better
Chandler is a great place to work. A lot of good benefits come with working at GM, including discounts off cars for friends and family.
Outdated tech, not current on IT trends and where the market is headed. A lot of the stuff that was put in over the past few years is no longer industry standard.
Bring in fresh IT talent and bring in management that can anticipate technology trends.

- Phone call with recruiter (I believe, not sure). - HackerRank-style take-home with a LeetCode Easy. The most painful part was processing it. - Interview with managers, asking questions about the take-home and technical knowledge.
