Depends on what team you get put on, but I had a fantastic manager.
Sometimes you can be working with terrible software engineers/developers because there are no technical sections for the interview.
Those terrible engineers get paid the same as you.
Extremely low compensation.
Managers literally do nothing.

Employee discount is terrible for vehicles. If I had a friend that owned a dealership, I could get a better deal without their discount.

Disrespectful to Computer Science Grads (IT Majors get paid the same amount as Computer Science Majors), which shows me how ignorant managers are.
