Had a great group of graduates to work and learn with. Work-life balance was great; always out the door at 5 o'clock.
So many hired. 40 grads were hired, but only 18 contracts were offered. The pay was poor, and projects would have significant changes made throughout development. For example, the development language was changed 3 months in, so all previous work was void. There are basically no benefits. They make a big deal out of having toasters and hot water in the kitchen as if they are a great perk. I had a poor manager who was not approachable. The USA has put so much pressure on projects that shortcuts are taken, like no testing, etc.
Once, a senior director told us that the bathrooms were a privilege. There was no structured teaching or learning as the job spec stated. We had a few weeks of watching videos and then were told to go at it. They promised contracts and then kept pushing back the release date to keep employees from quitting too early in the year. Multiple people in my group turned down contracts just to get out of the place.
They keep spouting the line, "We're a tech company that makes cars now," but they still pay and behave like a cheap car company.
A complete change of management is required in the Dublin office.

Two interviews: one behavioral and one technical. The technical interview featured experience-based questions. The behavioral interview used standard STAR-based questions. They tested more of your overall experience and thinking, and the questions we
