The worst part of this company is their HR department. Many employees have left the company because of arrogant policies brought forward by HRs at Limerick, Ireland. They are absolutely not aligned with the principles of GM, which puts a lot of emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
Some new HRs are hired but not onboarded with the values of GM; they are not empathetic towards the problems an employee can face. They are good with sourcing policies.
An absolutely bad culture when it comes to interacting with HRs. It's amusing how HRs were the drivers of people leaving this company.
They have zero budget for professional growth in terms of employee certifications.
