Poor pay, some very, very poor managers, a very poor review process, lazy groupthink mentality, unrealistic expectations, blame culture, wrong qualities emphasized by management, and terrible communication across the company.
Clear communication, setting the right expectations, and reviewing the review process, as it's genuinely atrocious.
