It’s an excellent place to start your career. There are plenty of learning opportunities, and expectations for new hires are laughably low for the pay. It’s a large company, so your experience will vary wildly depending on your team.
Mid to upper-level dev talent is lacking. Low expectations can be a con if you’re the type to coast. Incentives to stay sort of run out past the vesting period.
