Pay and benefits are okay.
Leadership is full of lies and deceit. They told you no plans of returning in person, and then forced you a few weeks later. They said zero planned layoffs, and the next month, they laid a bunch of people off. The team I was on had little to no direction, so tasks were not well defined.
Maybe don't lie or beat around the bush.
If you won't bother to listen to everyone's feedback, don't waste people's time doing those meetings.
