Great people and teamwork. The people at GM really hold a lot of in-depth knowledge and expertise of the automotive industry.
Workload can extremely vary depending on the vehicle program you work on. Very process-oriented, not as agile as it could be.
The benefits package is really bad. Lots of hoops need to be navigated for not a lot of value add.
