Great benefits and work/life balance
Not full-time remote positions
Two OA, one BQ, and one coding question. Two easy coding questions. Then I talked with the recruiter about the basic information and made a back-to-back video interview with two SDEs in GM. More about the BQ and the related company culture.
A lot of team and personality questions, and a few technical questions. As a college hire, they know you need training, so they offer an extensive training bootcamp to prep you for your projects.
Interviewed with one manager and one developer with little GM experience. Some repetitive questions, not well directed. Poor onboarding initially; had to jump through hoops for video interface. There was a third party, which I think has changed.
