Pros

You'll work for a global company with many hard-working people. The benefits are very good, and the work-life balance is reasonable.

Cons

The company is still heavily invested in previous ways of business. Much of the work is top-down, and developers are not involved in product development.

Advice to Management

Let developers solve the problems that business owners have. Don't let the solutions be prescribed for development.
