It's a really good job to start out and grow with experience, and even move up if you wanted to (that is, if you're able to stay that long).
I started as a new college hire, but the transition to be a full-fledged software developer was slow but very relaxed.
My team really pushed the idea of work-life balance. Like, the manager doesn't care what we do on our WFH days as long as we get our tasks done by the deadline.
