  • Old-school management values time spent in the office more than productivity.
Advice to Management
  • Focus on ownership of apps to improve quality.
  • Career development and growth is non-existent. Change it, or you can't retain any good talent.
  • Train people managers how to manage a team.
  • Create permanent people managers.
