In this current job market, it's better than being unemployed.
No work/life balance. The culture here is horrible. They come up with a new way to lay people off every six weeks. Everyday at work is like clocking in at the Hunger Games. Avoid this place if possible. Find an employer that actually values you as an employee.
Why bother? They don't care.
