Good company, but stuck with some outdated QAs

Pros

Good pay Long holidays Easy work most of the time

Cons

My biggest complaint is how mismanaged the software QA teams are. Most of them have Computer Science-related degrees, but they don't understand any code. All they do is throw questions and logs to developers and ask, "Why is this wrong?" They don't learn but still get paid a lot for doing the same thing every day. This adds a lot of extra work to the developers.

Advice to Management

Hire some more knowledgeable and experienced QA.
