Pros

Great company to work with! Good pay & better benefits.

Cons

Management is backstabbing. Favoritism always wins over performance. A recent layoff was based on stack ranking by managers, showing favoritism and considering years with GM (<3 to be removed), while employees were told management has no clue what's happening. Very disappointing!

Advice to Management

Stick to equal employment opportunities.

Retain quality resources for your company's growth.

Layoffs should be based on lower-performing candidates, not on race, age, number of years worked, or managerial favoritism.

Higher management should analyze the situation before blindly taking final decisions.
