General Motors is a great place to work. When writing reviews about such a large company, users need to understand that one person's experience can be very different from another's. It all depends on your specific organization, manager, etc. I hope to only include elements that apply to all GM employees. GM has a fair and transparent stance on many things, including compensation and job opportunities. That impresses me.
