Pros

Exposure to leading technologies in the automotive world.

Compensation is fair enough, and there are annual bonuses.

Human resources are top-level, and the company does its best to develop an ethical culture.

Cons

The software development process is immature.

There are lots of tensions between teams due to pressure to deliver.

The pace of adopting new technologies for the work environment (not the actual product) is very slow.

Work-life balance could be better.

Advice to Management

Create a solid team and reduce tension.

Give more trust in engineers and reduce management complexity – be more agile.
