• No vision or plan by managers and senior managers.
• Management suffers from poor communication and understanding of the automotive landscape and the advancements in the industry.
• Management has no understanding or appreciation for producing quality software.
• The process is very random and is almost nonexistent.
• Any dissent or suggestions with good intentions for the business is frowned upon by management.
• In general, management consists of very incompetent folks who have no idea what they are doing.

The current management needs to be replaced. Otherwise, Infotainment will see its demise soon.
