Projects Great, Management Toxic
The company has many projects, and there are many development opportunities.
Management is very bad.
They just keep marketing to "not take stress," but there are so many projects for which they have pulled the deadlines earlier. Then, they give stress and pressure to employees to finish it on time.
Also, my manager is always giving his employees so much stress. Instead of supporting the team, he is always making team members feel low and pressuring them, even though the project doesn't have anything like that.
The timelines for the projects should not change. Also, management should look into the manager reviews and take action for such things.
